REVOLUTION IN BRAZIL
ARMY MARCHING ON CAPITAL. CENSORSHIP ON NEWS. Reuter's Telegram. (Received July 8, 11.50 p.m) BUENOS AYRES, July 8. An army of 13,000 Sao Paulo State forces and 1 some Federal troops is marching towards Rio de Janeiro, according to a newspaper correspondent. News from Brazil is vague, but it leaves little doubt that the Sao Paulo insurrection is of a formidable character, and aimed at the Federal Government.
