MR C. H. BACKHOUSE APPOINTED SECRETARY. At a meeting of the executive of th© National Dairy Association of New Zealand, Limited, held last night, Air C. H. Backhouse was appoints! secretary to fill the position which will be rendered vacant by Air T. C. Brash, who takes up his duties as secretary of the Dairy Control Board on July Ist. Air Backhouse lias been with the association. for 14 years, and has been associated with ail its activities during that period with the exception of four years when he was serving with the New Zealand troops abroad. Mr T. Woodcock, who has also been with tho association for some years, was appointed assistant secretary.
