DEBT FUNDING
FINLAND FOLLOWS BRITAIN. AGREEMENT REACHED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 23, 11.35 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 22. Mr A. W. Mellon, Secretary to the Treasury, announced that Finland had completed funding her debt of 9,000,000 dollars to the United States, incurred for relief supplies furnished since the Armistice. This transaction completes tho second debt settlement, Britain’s being the first.
