MANAGER CHARGED
ALLEGED THEFTS FROM FIRM. Per Press Association. WAIPAWA, March 22. John Robert Shirley, manager of the Waipawa branch of Williams and Kettle, was charged at the Magistrate s Court with the theft of goods of the value of £26 from the firm. The police stated that the charge did not disclose the whole of the alleged offences. Bail was allowed in £SOO and sureties of £250 each.
