PAID 200,000 DOLLARS. AGENT’S TESTIMONY. By TMejrrnoh— Pupsq Acjan.—Coiyyrieht WASHINGTON, March 19. Orr, a New York advertising agent, testified before the Seriate Oil Inquiry Committee that he had often breakfasted with H. M. Daugherty and Smith, hia henchman. Orr had a2O per cent, interest in the Carpentier fight films. He declared that he made payments totalling 200,000 dollars for the release of liquor. He said that he did not know what became of tho money, except that it was for bribes to keep oases oat of the law courts. He always gave such moneys to Mannington, a friend of Daugherty.
