CITY’S MILK SYSTEM. PRAISE OF VISITING DOCTORS. Speaking at the Wellington City Council last night Councillor W. Ft. Bennett said that he had had the pleasure that morning to conduct over tho works two of the visiting American doctors at present in New Zealand, and they had expressed themselves as very much impressed with the progress that had been mado in the direction of providing a pure milk supply. They regarded a milk supply system as allied to the medical profession, as it was directly connect ed with the preservation of publio health. In many respects, Wellington was ahead of some of the cities in America.
