FEDERATION DESIRED. INADEQUATE SUPPLY OF RAILWAY p., r TV... Association. CHRISTCHURCH, March 20. At the annual conference of the South Island A. and P- Associations, held today, it was resolved—" That it is desirable to federate the A. and P. Associations of the South Island." A committee was set up to consider the constitution of such a federation. It was decided that it be brought to the notice of the Railway Department that the conference considered the supply of trucks for sheep at thiß season of the year was quite inadequate.
