NAVY ESTIMATES
£50,000 FOR SINGAPORE (Sydney “Sun” Cable). LONDON, January 27. Lord Chelmsford is considering the Navy Estimates. It is expected that the Singapore Base will be allotted £50,000. The full cost will not he reached before 1926.
