ANCLO-CERMAN ENTENTE DUE TO FRENCH ACTION. Australian and V Z Oabte Association LONDON, January 27. Mr G. P. Gooch, the editor of the * ‘ Contemporary Review,” contributes an article, wherein he predicts an Anglo-American-German Entente as the result of France’s lack of judgment. He says that France’s dictatorship is approaching an end, and Britain’s power will rise in the 6ame degree as France’s declines. G. P. Gooch is the most prominent of British historians and authority on foreign policy.
