If this is done .Mr Bromley’s Union will be asked to take a second ballot. The Emergency Committee consult, ed Mr Bromley and the managers with iho results shown. Air Bromley’s speech at the second session of tb» conference between the railway* managers and the Trade Unionists lasted 5J hours. They adjourned till Monday. Air Bromley is anxious for a settle rnent that shall make it clear that tho findings of the National Wages Board are not binding uixm unions.
