NO WORK AT LYTTELTON. Pep Association. CHRISTCHVRCH, January 28. The Lyttelton watursiderc; decided to take their postponed annual holiday today. and consequently there was no response to the call tor labour and no work was done in the j>ort. A cargo of Nelson fruit brought by the Cygnet *is liable to damage. Part of it is el to lnccrcargill. The shipping companies have made a complaint to tlie Labour Department that the picnic day was selected without the content of th» companies.
