PRELIMINARY WORK DETAILS OF POLICY 7 LONDON, January 24. A prompt communique announced that in a meeting of Cabinet,—whieh lasted two hours, preliminary -decisions were taken as regards a number of questions, including unemployment, housing, agriculture, and those affecting ex-service men, with a view of effecting immediate improvements in the administration and working out details of policy to be announced when Parliament meets. \ . ■. ■ ■
