JAPANESE FLEET
WELCOME IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. SYDNEY, January 24. Functions connected with the Japanese fleet yesterday comprised an exchange of formal calls, a garden party at Government House, and a State dinner. Vice-Admiral Saito and his officors are deeply impressed at the cordial welcome to them, fallowing the assistance afforded Japan during the earthquake.
