RAIN AT LAST
WAIROA WELL SOAKED. Per Press Association. WAIROA, January 25. After the drought conditions, which have existed for nearly three months, rain set in yesterday, and is still falling, so tbit the country is receiving a good soaking. The rain is freshening up the pastures wonderfully, and is replenishing the local water supply, which was practically exhausted weeks ago.
