TO' be floated locally (or otherwise) by the issue of Debentures under the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Aot, 1920,” "The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” and their respective amendments, and all other Acts and powers (if any) enabling the Council in that behalf. The Wellington City Council horehy gives public notice that such Council proposes to borrow (by way of Special Loan, within the meaning of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,” and its amendments) the sum hereunder set out for the provision of a Public Hall for the Ngaio district.
