WELLINGTON COLLEGE GIRLS. MANY SUCCESSES GAINED. The Wellington Girls’ College has certainly had its fair share of the scholastio honours of the year. Audrey Shallcrass gained a Junior University Scholarship and was fourth in the list for New Zealand, while Dorothy Smith gained a University National Scholarship. In the same examination Marfaret Maclaurin, Linda Kraft, Elks ’letcher, and Edna Keall passed with crfcdit, while one of the pupils of 1922, Olive Talbot, now of Christchurch, was also on the credit list. Education Board Senior Scholarships were annexed bv Mavis Mooney, ferese Craig, May Patterson, May Grimstone, Leonio Shearme, Edna Heron, and Marjorie Atkinson, whoso names are in order of merit. The order of merit for Education Board Junior Scholarships is—Mo!a Clarke, Mary Tamplin, Joyce Ohikholm, Dorothy Bell and Dorothy Carson.
