WOOL SALES
NO FALL IN PRICES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received January 25, 7.55 p.m.) LONDON, January 24. At the wool sales tnere was a good selection of Australian merinos, greasy and crossbreds. There was strong competition, merinos being at par to 5 per cent, above opening rates, and crossbred unchanged. The Bradford market is rather marking time, but there is no reduction in prices. Sixty-fcrurs, 5s 9d;l sixties, ss; forty-sixes, 5s 2d; forty-sixes, 4s; fifties, 2s 9d ; forty-sixes, 2s; forties. Is 9d.
