BOXING COMBINE
AMERICAN ALLEGATIONS. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Received January 24, 5.15 p.m.) LOUISVILLE, January 23. Charges that boxing in America is dominated by a powerful combine consisting of Tex Rickard, Ringling (known as the Circus King), and the Sports Alliance, wns made at the annual session of the National Boxing Association. It was declared that so long as tho combine remains in control few championship bouts will ever be staged outside New York.
