POLISH CABINET RESIGNS
Australian and N.Z. Cnblo Association. (Received December 17, 10.20 p.m.) WARSAW, Deoember 17. The Polish Cabinet lias resigned, owing to the financial situation. M. Thugut, a Radical, has been entrusted with the formation of a Government. The old Cabinet, under General T korski, has been in power exactly a year.
