BOOKMAKER FINED
WORKING MATES AS CLIENTS. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, December 15. , In the Police Court George Connolly was fined £25 for carrying on the occupation of a bookmaker. His business was carried on entirely among his workshop mates, and counsel stated that he had become infatuated with a young woman, and was spending all his money on her.
