(Received November 26, 1 a.m.) LONDON, November 24. - Tho abandonment of tho Manchester races, owing to fog, where Steve Donoghue was due to ride, gave Elliott a chance of winning the jockeys’ championship, each having 89 wins to his credit. Elliott had four mounts at Lingfield, but secured one third place only. Thus the season ends with the championship divided, for the first time in the history of the English turf.
