DEATH FOLLOWS FALL
DUE TO ANAEMIA. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, November 23. A verdict that death was due to pernicious anaemia was returned at the inquest on Alfred James Wright, who fell out of a sulky on the Heathcote training track. The medical evidence was that Wright had been a sufferer from anaemia for a long time, and that the fall, in which he turned a complete somersault, being struck on the face and rendered unconscious, had aggravated the complaint.
