EARL OF CAVAN
VISIT TO DOMINIONS. “HIGHLY DESIRABLE.” Australian anh N 7. Cnhle Association. LONDON, November 22. Mr Bruce and Mr Massey agree on the value of the Earl of Cavan’s visit to Australasia. They think it highly desirable that the Chief of the Imperial General Staff should hare the opportunity of seeing these outposts of the Empire so as to be able to gain firsthand information, which would be useful in the matter of Imperial defence, although in accepting the invitation the Earl of Cavan holds no mission to report on antipodean defences.
