MATURING IN 10 YEARS. f £ Mil 7; Wellington Hospital Board invites applications for purchase at par of FIVE HUNDRED DEBENTURES (500) of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100) each. Interest at the rate of £5 10s per cent, per annum will he paid from the date of receipt of the application by equal half-yearly instalments, on the sixteenth days of January and July in each year, interest payable and principal repayable FREE OF EXCHANGE at any branch of the Bank of New Zealand in New Zealand. Fractional interest at 5J per cent. Per annum will be paid from date or receipt of application by the Board to the next half-yearly interest date. All Debentures of this issue will mature on January 20th, 1934. Bach application must be accompanied by cash or cheque for the full amount of Debentures.
