A liquor reformer, alleged’ to have been at on© time an inmate of a mental asylum, entered a Mossnian hotel, armed with an iron bar, and smashed 24 bottles of wine and 10 bottles of wlnsky. He declared: “I don’t drink myself, and don’t want others to drink.’-
