DUTCH CABINET RESIGNS. REJECTION OF BILL. Australian, and N.Z. Cable Association.. THE HAGUE. October 28. The Government resigned over the rejection of tho Navy Bill provision for bigger protection of the Dutch East Indies. The bill has been represented as a scheme fostered by England and directed against Japan. The Government was defeated by one vote. Ten Roman Catholics voted with the parties on the Left.
