BOROUGH COUNCIL MEETING. QUESTION OF WATER SUPPLY. The Eastbourne Borough Conn* oil met last night, the Mayor (Mr F- H. _ Mather) presiding. Other members of the council present were: Councillors E. A. Dawc*on, C. A. Marquis. C. Bowden. H. M. Jonee. H. N. Shortt. and O. HullBrown.
