JUBILEE CARNIVAL
HASTINGS CELEBRATION
Per Press Association. HASTINGS', October 25.
The Progress League's jubilee carnival, extending over a week, concluded last evening. During the period the town was gaily decorated, and there wore a large number of visitors. The Srrangoments were militated against hy unfavourable weather oil several days.
