NEW DIRECTORS. The National Mutual Life Association announces that the seats of its New Zealand directorate Vacant owing to the deaths of Mr Arthur Peurc—i.nd of Sir William Fraser, have been offered to and accepted by Mr O. S. Watkins and Mr J. M. A. Ilott. The Now Zealand directorate will now consist of Sir George Pearce (chairmani, and Messrs O S. Watkins and J. M. i\ Ilott.
