DI-XHI, October 2Sr. The United Provinces Chamlier of Commerce, echoing tln> general feeling of Indians, has cabled to Sir Tci Sapru demanding his withdrawal from the Imperial Conference if complete equality for Indians throughout tho Empire is not granted, and if the Kenya decision regarding the status of Indians is not reversed.
