I Unit has been scratched for the Derby. , Imputation has been scratched for t all engagements. P. Brown, Whittier’s rider, who was suspended for a month on Saturday, returned to Sydney to-day. L. Franklin will now ride Whittier in the Melbourne Cup, and Caserta in the Flemington engagements. Jockey E. W. Simmons received a winning .percentage of £364 for his ' success on Wynette and King Carnival ’ at the Caulfield meeting.
