ADOPTED BY LLOYD’S BANK. OTHERS MAY FOLLOW. Reuter’s Telegram LONDON, October 21. Lloyd's Bank has introduced a pro-fit-sharing scheme, which will benefit between 8000 and 10,000 employees. It is expected that other banks will follow its example. OUTLINE OF SCHEME Australian and N.Z. Cable Association* (Received October 22, 8.30 p.m.) LONDON. October 22. Lloyd’s Bank announced that if the dividend ia not less than 16 2-3rd per cent., an amount equivalent to onehalf the difference between such dividend and 15 per cent, will be set aside for distribution among the staff. On the present profits £120.000 will be divisible among the staff annually.
