It is now stated that the Hulton papers, since their acquisition for .-£6,000,000, have purchased out of their cash assets Scottish newspapers at present controlled by Lord Rotliormcre. and that these newspapers will l>c sold to tho Associated Scottish Newspapers, Limited, a now company about to ho registered, with a capital of £OOO.OOO. Then that company will sell them lor £1,000.000 to Hulton's.
