A writer in the Auckland ‘’Star.’’ commenting unfavourably on Dominion affaire concludes: —‘.‘What is required is a Dominion-wide organisation of New Zealanders, similar to the Australian Natives’ Association. But this, 1 fear, is impossible, for the New Zealanders do not think as much of their country as Australians do of theirs, or they would have done long ago what the Australians have done. Our birthright and traditions will soon he cosmopolitan -unltvti New Zealanders wake up.”
