RUSSIAN GRAIN
EXPORT COMPANY FORMED. BRITISH CAPITAL. Reuter's Telegram. (Received October 18, 10.25 p.m.) LONDON. October 17. An agreement has been signed in London for the formation of a RussoBritisb grain export company in which tho British and Russian interests are equally divided, with the object of financing the export of Russian grain to Britain, France, Italy and Southern Europe.
