PARIS, October 17. 11m Pari t correspondent of the “Daily Express” states that 400 deaf mutes” belonging to 20 nations, will compete at their own Olympic games in August, 1924. The contests will include all branches of sport. and also a finger-talking speed test. Paris boasts an entrant who claims to he able to snap off 150 words a minute.
