(By tn® Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday), are for strong south-westerly to southeasterly winds. Weather squally and changeable, with heavy showers, especially in the northern and East Coast districts. Barometer has a rising tendency, hut is unsteady in the south.
