COMMERCIAL MEN’S REGRET. At yesterday’s meeting of the council of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, the president (Mr John Myers) said that ho very much regretted that since tho last mooting of the council tho chamber had lost by death one of its members, tbo late Mr S. A. Gillor, general manager of the Now Zealand Farmers’ Distributing Company. On the chairman’s motion, n resolution was carried in silence expressing the deep regret of the council at the death of Mr Gillor, who had for many years keen engaged in the commercial life of Wellington, and been a mermber of tho chamber.
