THE NEW CRUISER
TAKES UP DUTY IN MAY. ALTERATIONS IN RATINGS. Australian and N.Z. Cable i■ni'UHea LONDON, October 15. The Dunedin, which replaces the Chatham in. New Zealand waters, joins the light cruiser squadron which is making a world tour, prior to taking up duty in New Zealand about May of next year. Her crew will bring the Chatham home. Alterations will be made to the New Zealand, naval ratings of officers to suit this larger ofliburning cruiser. The First Light Cruiser Squadron will start for a tour of the world on November 24th. The Dunedin, which is one of the squadron, has been renamed the New Zealand.
