RIFLEMEN WHO FELL
COMMEMORATED BY TREES. SIX HUNDRED NAMES. Bv Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. (Received October 15, 8.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 15. In connection with the National Riflo Associations meeting, a memorial to nearly GOO New South Wales riflemen who perished in the war, in the shape of an avenue, was opened to-day. Each tree along the long avenue represents a different rifle club, ami a tablet alongside bears the names of tho members who fell.
