CAPITAL TO BE INCREASED. Per Pres* Association. AUCKLAND, October 15. The Gas Company decided to increase its capital to one and a halt millions by creating half a million additional ordinary shores of £1 each. :Half tho number are to lie issued to tile present shareholders at par, ami each is to have tho privilege of applying for one-fourth ot his present holding. The chairman intimated that calls of 2s would he made every six mouths.
