MAINTENANCE CASES
BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE’S COURT. Maintenance cases were dealt with aa follow by Mr E. Page. S.M.:— John Henri’ Shea, £22 in arrear. was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment ; warrant to be suspended so long as 17s 6d a week is paid. James Taylor (arrears £96 10s) was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment ; warrant to be suspended so long as £1 l-3s a week is paid. William Scanlon, with arrears amounting to £23 10s. was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment; warrant to be suspended so long as £2 a Week is paid.
