HASTINGS EN FETE
JUBILEE CELEBRATED. Per Press Association. HASTINGS, October 15. Carnival week, to mark the juhilco uf Hastings, opened this morning with a historical procession and other festivities. The streets are decorated and crowded with sightseers. There was a large influx of visitors. Luncheon was given to veterans and early settlors, and was largely attended. The Hawke's Bay Show will he held on Wednesday and Thursday, and the jubilations continue all the week.
