JUDGE’S STRONG COMMENT. MEN INDIGNANT. Telegraph.—Presa Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY, October 13. Owing to Judge Rolin and also the jury, in a case at the quarter sessions, commenting strongly on the language used by some of the employees at the Cockatoo Dock, the employees hold a meeting and decided to enter a ertrong protest against the comments, and also to ask for the withdrawal of the statements by the judge, and that an inquiry be held to investigate the charges.
