EXPLOSION IN WARSAW
CITADEL FORT BLOWN UP. Reuter's Telegram. (Received October 14, 5.5 p.m.) WARSAW, October 13. One of the ferts of Warsaw Citadel, in which explosives were stored, exploded this morning. Much d&maga was done in the city. The casualties at present are unknown. HEAVY CASUALTIES. Later. The Citadel explosion killed 28, seri* coslv injured 48, and slightly injured m: Foul play is suspected.
