MORRINSVILLE STATION
AN EXTENSIVE "WORK. AUCKLAND, October 13. Definite information is at last available regarding the new station site, a plan of the probable land required for the station being submitted to the Borough Council. The plan showed the station yards to he almost three-quar-ters of a mile long and four and a half chains wide. The station platform is to be almost 350 yards long. The total land it is proposed to acquire (according to map) will be approximately twice the size of the present station property. There was nothing to indicate the provision to he made for reading, and this information was what the council most required.
