Joel, the well-known Brit Lb turf man, predicted before sailing to-day that the international horse race, between Papyrus and Zev, fixed for next Snturdav, would have to be postponed or ancelled, because of the condition of Papyrus M«* Joel, who released tho jockey. Stcv--Donoghue,. to ride Papyrus, >aid he hai’ abandoned bis intention to witness .i.< * - ace, because its sporting qualitv had been taken away by the inequality <* the horses. He understood that Pnpyrn was in bad condition, and would carry Treater weight than Zev.
