SMALL SURPLUS IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA. Bj Telegraph —Frf.« Aasn.—Copyriaht. ADELAIDE, October 12. The State Treasurer, delivering the Financial Statement in the Legislative Assembly, said that after earmarking £142,000 for redemption of the Publio Debt, he had a surplus of £5183. He estimated the revenue for the ensuing year at £8,881,802 and the expenditure at £8,874,305.
