Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday), nre for variable winds, but moderate to strong westerlies prevailing, and increasing northward of Kavvhia and East Cape, and fcuth-easterlies to north-easterlies eisewhere. Weather clpudy to overcast; foggy in many parts, and rain following {generally. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere.
