(Received February 5, 8.25 p.m.) BERLIN, February 5. French cavalry, infantry, and tanka have occupied Appemveier-Offenbach, which is an extension of the Strasbourg bridgehead. It is stated that a train under French control at Ingelheim was derailed and surrounded by a crowd of Germans, of whom tho French shot nine dead. • CROWD DISPERSED .MACHINE-GUN FIRED OVER HEADS.
